ENROLLMENT:
Enrollments are based on space available. Children between the ages of 6 weeks and twelve years of age are eligible for enrollment at EMLA Child Care program regardless of child's or parent or legal guardian's race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, or disability. Children are separated into shifts. The first shift starts at 6:00 A.M. and ends at 6:00 P.M. The second shift starts at 1:00 P.M. and ends at 11:30 P.M may attend the center anytime between 6:00 A.M. and 12:00 A.M., Monday - Friday. Parrents are not allowed to go in between shifts unless they have been given permission. The Enrollment Packet is to be completed prior to enrollment. The packet includes the following forms:

Initial enrollment is contingent upon receipt of the completed enrollment application packet, including application fee. The enrollment applicatiion and fee agreements are not meant to serve as contracts guaranteeing service for any duration. Continued enrollment at EMLA is contingent upon the parent's emergency contact persons' and child's adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook including, but not limited to, timely payment of all fees and tuition.

Parents are required to notify EMLA immediately, should any of the information collected at the time of enrollment or any time thereafter change. Failure to do so may result in the child(ren) being dis-enrolled from the program and forfeiture of any deposit.
The waiting list is updated as vacancy becomes available. At the time a vacancy becomes available, the next parent/legal guardian of the child on the list will be contacted. If the parent/legal guardian chooses to enroll the child, the parent/legal guardian will proceed with the enrollment process. All required forms and fees are due within two weeks of notification.

If enrollment is declined by the parent/legal guardian, the child's name will be removed from the list, and the next child's parent/legal guardian on the waiting list will be contacted. To place a child's name back on the waiting list, parent/legal guardian must reapply for enrollment.
